Pillar trim removal
I'm installing NMO antenna mounts and I'm going to run the coax down the right-side center pillar. I've got the headliner removal figured out but before I start prying on the pillar trim I'd like to know if there is any hints or tricks to getting it off.

On my crew cab, there was a bolt on the seat belt and a long push pin at the bottom. I think it was a 13mm nut for the fronts, the rears had a big torx. Remove the nut, pull the push pin and the trim unsnaps.
You need to pull or at least loosen the front middle and rear trims to get the head liner down.
