Need help removing trim on doors

I scratched the trim on my B pillars and the trim on the top of the doors by the windows. The moldings run along the top of the doors at the bottom of the windows. It is called belt molding.

Anybody now how this comes off? I'm looking to replace the front and rear door belt moldings and the b-pillar pieces. This is on my 2013 Screw.

Thanks

Truthfully, I haven't seen anything about removing those trim pieces. But, there are a lot of options for aftermarket covers for what your talking about.

I've removed both on my truck when it got repainted.

The B pillar cover is held on with two strips of double sided tape. The belt molding just comes off IRC. Just lift up on it, you'll probably have to remove the door mirror to get to the drivers belt molding off.
