I waited tables close to five years, three bartending, the amount of people that drink and drive is very high, from my experience. group of four come in, all have two beers and go home, at the bar somebody has a couple drinks with their meal and then go home. it's hard for me to think they all rode the bus.
here in Colorado two beer, depending on the beer and whos drinking it, that is enough to give you a DUI.
It's sad that designated driver are only assinged when people plan to get totally wasted.
