I love Devilled Egg Salad sandwiches. But, I have to be in the mood for them, and then I overindulge.
Also like Fried egg, over easy, with mayo, cheese and maybe lettuce or a few slices of limp bacon, maybe some tomatoes. rally good when the yolk runs all over everything. A mess for sure.

You ant ate till you try this.....I over easy fried egg on toast with mayo . then 2 slices of fried livermush on top of that with cheeze and a few drops of hot sauce...........yumyum

A good done egg with LIVER MUSH fried ! Sure is good eats, like matlock used to say!
Also a nother way to make it easy is, to cut you off two slices off of the brick of
LIVER MUSH throw it in your frying pan an bust it up and start browning it then scramble
your egg in with it, um, um, sure is good eats!
P.s. DON'T let the word ''LIVER'' in LIVER MUSH make you not try this!

Since livermush is a sub topic...Our doggie has to take 4 or 5 pills a day and the best way to get her to take them and not spit them out is to put them inside of a small ball of livermush. In fact I want some livermush right now but the wife says not to eat it cause she BOUGHT IT FOR THE FRIKKIN DOG

Haven't had one in a while since I am trying to eat better.
Take 3 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Add 1 egg (yoke & white) and stir all 4 ( 3 whites + 1 whole) til mixed. Pour into lightly oiled frying pan (I use olive oil). I add a little flax seed and fry mine to over medium. Toast a couple of pieces of whole wheat bread, add a piece of canadaian bacon, a slice of provolone cheese and voila! One heck of an egg sandwich. Good for the heart and the waistline.
