Question Egg Sandwich?

Anyone else here like egg sandwiches? If so what are your ways to prepare them? My way is to fry them well on both sides, put it on toast with cheese and ketchup.

Wow I haven't had just an egg sandwich in a long time. I used to love them. Now I usually have bacon egg and cheese. But when I had egg sandwiches I only put ketchup on.

Egg over medium, fried in a little bit of bacon fat, a little bit of mayo on lightly toasted white bread with a couple slices of bacon..... Haven't had one in a while since I am trying to eat better.

Lately it has been an occasional cheese omelet on whole grain white toast, no mayo. A poor substitute for the above but better than nothing.

I think the last time I had one was when i was a kid and mom used to make them quite often. I would eat mine with mayonnaise. Yummy, but you talk about a heart attack waiting to happen, that would be it!!

Egg sandwiches are part of any "guy food" menu... I like 'em scrambled with ham, American cheese, hot peppers, salt & pepper, hash browns, and Tabasco sauce on toast.

I may go make one of those for lunch...
