Blackout
Heyas people.. I was browsing around and came across another Ford forum.. I usually post somewhere else, but I think I might hang around here for a little while as well.. anywho, I have a 2008 F-150 FX4 that I purchased in March of 2008.. it has a few mods here and there.. I'm always up for a few comments, so let me know whatcha think!
It's got a 6" ProComp lift, 35x12.5r20 Toyo MTs, 20" ProComp 7005s wheels, 3.0" AF1, Magnaflow dual exhaust, XCal 3 with VMP tuning, and a lot of black spray paint..

That's a sweet lookin truck but if I had that here in AZ it would be almost impossible to keep it looking good. To much dirt and dust everywhere. I would like to get a set of those headlights and tail lights for my truck.

Looks great...Mine is all black as well. Cant stand chrome. Are those black bumpers factory, or did you repaint them? The bumpers are the only thing left black on my truck, and I want to get new ones or have these painted.

The blackout look has always appealed to me. Ive seen it on a few vehicles from porsches to trucks, and its always a good look.

The bumpers come ptm on FX4 trucks unless you're two-toned.. so yea, mine came black. I wouldn't paint the chrome bumpers on your truck, instead I would have them powdercoated. It should be just as cheap, if not cheaper.. and a lot more durable.
