trans fluid
i have always had the trans fluid changed by ford. but wondering if i should do it this time. is it hard to do and what fluids should i use

Not hard but easier with two people if you do the flush.I tried to find it but someone with more puter skills will find the thread for you that tells the flush directions.
Everybody has different opinions and brands...Go synthetic!

I have a machine that sucks out the old fluid while putting in the new. I used Val Max Life Syn.
