The people who gave it to me had purchased it new and just recently purchased a 2009 SD. The truck was used for a short time in their tool business pulling a 16’ enclosed trailer. The truck is clean and seems to run good. I had to replace the door striker bushings to tighten up the doors and I need to replace some of the weather stripping and one of the wheels has a crack in it and leaks air but other than that it is a real nice truck and I can’t beat the price.

I have been reading on here and some other boards for a while learning about these trucks. I have already started a list of the mods I want to do but have to wait for most to gather the money. I have learned a lot from reading the board and am sure that if I have questions this is the place to get the answers. Just thought I would introduce myself as I am new to Ford Diesel trucks but have other diesel equipment on the farm and worked on diesels in the navy. But we never had any computers to worry about back then.
