Guess I'll get this up and run it till the week before CS&W. Please post on this thread if you will attend and how many folks we will need stuff for. If it don't make no difference ya can vote for all of them.

 

If I were to vote.. I would only likely vote for the evening meal, because I won't be able to make the mornin meal. My vote would be for whatever is easiest and cheapest for folks... I don't know how much preperation there is in makin Chilli, but I know throwin burgers and burnin dogs is easy. I can even bring a propane grill, or ifn folks want.. I can bring the charcoal grill.

 

I'm kind of slow but I do get there. I figured that I'd pre cook most stuff. Chili is best a day or so after it's cooked so it will be heat and serve. But some of the youngns' an womin folk folk might go fer burgers an dogs. Last time I did biscuit and sausage gravy I had still mostly frozen sausage to start with. This time I'm going to cook, flour and season the sausage the day afore I leave (along with cookin chili if needed) then all I have ta do is to is add liquid and heat. Pancakes are easy and I use a mix. And most likely heat and serve sausage. Only thing that will take a bit more time is I have ta get up and start charcoal fer biscuits in the dutch oven. Guess I should have put another for both. Or maybe for chili and dogs. My chili has stew meat, olive oil, spices, flour and corn meal. Thats all cept water enough ta need a bowl. Purty health stuff and not a lot of carbs. Carbs would come from the add ons. Tortias, beans, ect...

And as I said Curtis and Dave I never turn down help.

Curtis I though you were thinkin bout camping Saturday night? If so be sure ta vote fer breakfast Sunday morning.

Folks are welcome to bring there mini Bulliet bottles and refill um ifn they want.

Been a long time since I`ve had jacks chili and it`s good. REAL good.

Probably 2 1/2 for Sat evening... I alone may make it for some events on Saturday... but (She whom shall be Obey'ed) Will have to clear any and all social activites first...
(in other words she wants me to go to the mother in laws)

I am planning on haveing the '08 and trailer there Sat, so Jack if you need something hauled back I can help you out.

 

Not sure about having Jr. up there. I can do the tow bar but not sure Green can tow it up. If it can tow it up it can tow it home. But if you want to come up and wheel you are welcome to use Jr. After all it is your tranny in it. Just waiting for a new winch mount for the front of Jr. and then I'll be able to give it a test run and see. If Green won't tow it then it will still be available if someone can get it up there.
