back flushing the fuel injectors???

Anybody ever hear of this? I was talking to a local mechanic about a tune up on my 2000 eb 5.4 and he mentioned cleaning out the fuel system. What have you guys heard/done about this? Thanks a lot, Mike

It's a fairly common procedure that's done with a specialized machine.
