What trails in Colorado do you like to do? We'll be up at Tuttle in April on the weekend of the 18th if you'd like to join us for our Camp, Shoot and Wheel weekend. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/8...april-g2g.html We went to the St. Elmo area two years ago and to the San Juans last year. I might make Colorado again this year. I kind of like meeting up at Kenosha Pass and then running Red Cone, Radiical Hill, and taking Middle Fork Of the Swan and Georgia back. Two years ago there was a bunch of rain when we were in the St. Elmo area and a mud slide closed Mt. Antero. We went up and did Mosquito instead.
well if you dont mind a slow drive there i would enjoy a trip back. Its just with a 78 ford running on 40s 55-60 is all i can go. soon i will get a set of 35s for the road.
My sons have been down there to ride ATV's. They do have Mud Bogs all over the state. You might check the schedule and see if they have one up that way this year.
I don't know. You will have to contact CMBA. It's been many years since I've been to one. They used to have these with the small towns yearly festivals. A charity was involved and insurance was obtained. Then they used an open area. Bring in a back hoe and dig a pit. Pull in bleachers and porta potties. A couple of water tankers and a set of timming lights and have at it. I competed at one up at Cassody and another in Eldorado. Take a look at the rules to see what class you would run in. Most times a truck can be run twice in a class with different drivers. And folks will run in more than one class. Some will change tires and others just compete with the smaller tires in another class.
