2009 f250 sd

I just bought a 09 SD but i cant seem to find anyone selling intake or exhaust systems for it. Does anyone know where i can find them. Also does anyone know if a pair of headers from a 04 f150 5.4L v8 triton would fit the new 09 5.4L v8 in the 250.

try Banks Power | Diesel Performance and Gas Performance Products they have alot of stuff. There are others but in my option banks does a pretty good job of testing before release.

Don't think stuff from a 04 will work for you on the 09. I think in 05 was when they went to 3 valve per cyl so I bet the manifods are different.

I bought an 09 F-250 as well and have also found the aftermarket parts are lacking. There seem to be tuners and exhaust for the diesels but theres virtually nothing for the 5.4L 09 motor yet. In searching for an exhaust, the only one I could find that specifically mentions 09 5.4L compatibility is mfg'd by Airraid (Part # 400-226). It uses the stock air tube, and its just the end filter part, not a complete K&N style FIPK replacement, but still looks good. As far as exhaust, any local exhaust/muffler shop can hook you up. I was quoted a price of approx 1100 for a complete true dual setup with magnaflow mufflers and 5" stainless rolled tips. I'm waiting until I get back from my Wrestlemania vacation until I spend more money on my truck so I havn't purchased either yet but I will as soon as I get back from Houston

the '08 model exhaust and intake systems should fit the '09s right because they didnt change the body style or anything

SCT programmers are available for these trucks. I am going to order mine this week.

Yes, but have you seen any for the 09's? To my knowledge, SCT has tunes for the 08 5.4L and the 09 6.4L diesel, but not the 09 5.4L. I inquired about getting a custom tune for my 09 but havnt had time to yank my PCM out to get the program/strategy code 5StarTuning wanted. Thats on the top of my things to do list.
