please read need advice quick

Ok i took my driver side valve coveroff this morning cranked up the truck and it was not spitting any oil out of the spourts on the injector is this normal??? also i'm about to do a compression check on the driver side of the motor what are the expected #s?

There should be oil coming out if the injectors are working. If none of the four are working you likely have a idm issue

Do you have access to a scanner?

the truck runs and but the oil is not coming out of the spouts i can see a very little bit of oil coming out but it does not look like it comes from the spouts

no i do not have access to a scanner but for the last few days the trucks has started up ran fine for about 5 secs then it starts romping and the check engine light comes on so i was gonna check the valve cover wiring harness for burns have not found any yet
