Thanks for the info, I found out that the pump in my front tank was shot and when I was running of the rear tank the system was dumping fuel from the return line into the front tank, causing that tank to overfill...
I noticed in the pic of the fuse box that you sent there's a fuse for elestric trailer brakes. On the back of my truck there's an old factory ford 7 pin connector, it plugs into a couple of plugs at the rear of the truck, do I need a brake controler in the cab?

Yes you do, you may have a plug for it under the ash tray.
Sounds like you have the factory tow package and with the controller you would be good to go.
If you do not have the trailer tow package the the blue wire from the plug under the ash tray may end at the firewall connector.

A relay would have nohing to do with "misfeeding EFI return issue". If one tank fuel pump runs the relay is OK. Both tanks use the same relay on FI trucks.
