Does anyone know where the fuel pump relay IS ON A 2002 F-250 V-10 2 wheel drive truck ??? The fuse panel is on the drive side under the steering wheel but I can not find the pump relay
Just found out today that somehow the "bad" fuel pump burned out the relay in the fuse box. I was told that it's a sealed non-serviceable unit and the whole fuse box (2c7z14a068aa, ford #) needs to be replaced.

Depends on what your truck is, we don't know since you didn't identify what it is.
Kinda hard to figure what you are referring to as a sealed unit? The relay is replaceable, not repairable. You might have to pull the fuse box to get at the wires under it to redo any that were burned if any. Do you have an owners manual? If not go to ford.com and download one for your vehicle. Get a haynes or chilton manual, they usually have a wire diagram in them or you can go to autozone.com and get a copy from their library.
Bottom line I dont know who told you that a fuse panel is sealed, just doesn't make sense.
It wasn't that the fuse panel is "sealed". It's that the fuel pump relay is somehow sealed in that fuse block and not serviceable, at least that's what I was told. I was told that the fuel pump somehow burned out the fuel pump relay that is located in the central junction box (2c7z14a068aa) and that the only fix is to replace that box. Please, If you have any suggestions on how to replace just the relay or any info on a more inexpensive fix I would appreciate the info, thanks
If that is all it is, soldered, a good tech can remove or s suggested a replacement soldered in its place. You will need to pull the fuse panel to see where the traces are and ID the ones for the FP. Then clean all protective stuff off the traces involved and mount a wire block for a relay with the corresponding leads going to the new relay. Would guess its a standard 4 plug. Relays are cheap and a good one can be had for less than $10.
Try to find a replacement in a junk yard and then modify either it or the original. The junk yard find may be serviceable and then you can fix the old for a spare! Check see if the blades penetrate thru the board on the original, if so you can solder to them and not the traces. A lot easier. I have a yamaha mc and it has all kinds of solder issues in a component. I got some small gauge aircraft wire and just soldered the wires to the points on the board, no issues since.
