I looked for a year and a half to find a used truck I wanted. I didn't find one at the time so I ended up just ordering a new one with all the options I wanted. It may have cost more up front but I would rather have what I want.
In Albuquerque at Rich Ford today I am trading in my 08 F250 Lariat, CC, 4x4, spray in liner, loaded, for an 08 F350 DRW. Not sure if you would want an 08 but I can guarantee the original owner took care of it!!
It should hit their web site next week if interested.
Apparently I lucked out... I found my dream truck the day that I popped on AutoTrader... 2002 F250 Lariat SC LB 7.3L PSD, from the orig owner, 90,000 miles on the clock for $15k.
My former dream truck was my dad's, a white 2000 F250 XLT SC SB V10, but someone stole it out of his work parking lot in 2006.
I never want to get rid of mine... if I hadn't found this truck, I'd still be looking (haven't found another one like it since I bought it in September 2008).
