Bed Tent?

I remember seeing a member who had bought one and it fit his truck prefect ( he had a black truck). I did a search trying to find the thread but did not come up with anything.

Can anybody help?

Thanks

Ebay has alot of different styles, sizes, and price ranges. I am in the process of getting one myself. Just go under Truck Bed Tents, and there should be a dozen or more that come up.

Yep, that is the one. I think the color goes good with the truck! I have seen a few that are blue/yellow

Where did you get it?

I got it from Camp-Right truck tent manufacturer
Delivery was fairly quick as well.
I only have 2 small gripes about it.
1. An elastic band broke in one of the poles. It didn't stop me from using the tent the next 4 nights, but it is just something that needs to get fixed.
2. I don't think anyone has accounted for the deeper bed of the F-150. If you notice in some of the other pictures, all of the tents sit nice and flat. If you look at mine, it actually leans forward a little. If I tried to sit the tent flat, it lifts up the tailgate. Again, it was still very usable and did not affect my camping what-so-ever.

And it is an incredibly easy tent set up. I set mine up by myself many times and never wished there was a third hand available. It was also cheaper than a new regular tent.

It went through rainstorms and some extreme wind. Never once did I get wet, and never once was I worried that the tent would blow away. And, it slept 3 full grown adults. We were just a little cramped, but it got the job done.

Tell me this doesn't look comfy....

I have a Sportz tent for mine and it's the shiiite!!! Mine fits perfect in my 6.5ft bed complete with patio cover. I'd post a pic but for some reason I don't have the option. Check out the link...

Thats a nice looking tent as well. I actually looked at this one while I was buying mine. The deciding factor was the sewn in floor. I'm not a fan of them personally. Easier to clean without a floor.

But, I do wish I had the awning.

I haven't had any problems with mine...shoes off before entering. How dose yours hold up to the wind...I would think the wind would try to lift it off your truck...

It holds up really well to all types of weather. And so far it has been through hot, cold, rain, wind storms, and snow. It's held up pretty nicely.

I would contact the company and ask 'em about your model truck. If I remember right I payed $200 for mine and think it's well worth it when everyone else is sleeping in the mud and I found that the bed of the truck sort of insulates things...
