need tire help
I have a 17x8 with 4.5 backspacing. Im looking at a goodyear wrangler extreme. It measures 315/70/17. Will these tires rub in the front. I have a 2.5" Leveling kit on it.
Measured rim width is 9.5
Section width is 12.7
Rec. Rim width is 8.5-10.00

that size tire might rub on OEM rims due to the width. the rubber itself will be <1/4" from the upper ball joint
how much farther outward are your rims vs. the OEM ones? You are gonna need at least 1/2" more spacing outward.
