Right, I signed off here at 1:30 AM this morning, up at 5:30 AM and out the door at 6 AM to go to work.
How many days in a row can you go on 4 hours a night?
I try to get 5 hours at least one night a month, but it usually don't happen.
I am an Aries, to much to do to sleep, I will get plenty of rest when I am dead.

I definitely get "sleep debit", I have to average at least 6 per night over the week or I'll be the walking dead.

It's not a real thread hijack, just a bit of an alignment problem that happens allot. Give it a few minutes and it'll get straight again and look at all the other info we get without asking!
