Scan Gauge 2 Questions!!

Scan Gauge 2 Questions!!
So I bought a Scan Gauge 2 for my Excursion and have some questions...
After programming all the X-Gauge gauges that were on the Scan Gauge website, I have the following gauges that do not work:
FPR, IGN, LP, TBS, RPM, ETP, CPM99999. Is there away to remove these? These are all ones that are standard on the Scan Gauge.
I have 2 that I programmed in that are not working.
The MAT is constantly showing -40. I have no clue why either.
The EBP is showing 0 all the time.
The last part of this is where do I find "NORMAL" values for the rest of the stuff I programmed?
Also, what is the tranny supposed to run temp wise?
