Best programmer that is out on the market right now would be SCT with custom tunes. Most people would say Innovative more often then not to get those tunes from. I think they offer a combo pack of the tuner plus 3 tunes(excluding their big hp tune of course, that's still extra).

I'd have to agree with the SCT with custom tunes. I had a Bully Dog w/ Outlook. Made great power but hard on the transmission. SCT shifts on time
