I've listened to too many of these noisy pumps, and I decided a long time ago I wouldn't get one..... ever.
Ok, besides the noise, have you had experience with the pumps?

Not on my truck, but my experience with these pumps has been watching them hum and fail on other trucks instead of mine A few of them here in Colorado too. I could always tell who's trucks were coming down the street by the sound of the fuel pump. These guys hated the pumps on their own trucks too, and told me to steer clear of them.... so I listened and learned (bad pun intended ).

You can try the FASS pump. Many people have had good luck with them. But I've seen enough problems from them on several trucks too. More problems than I've seen with any other pump manufacturer.

That is funny... but so true. First time I heard one I thought something was wrong with the guys truck. I wouldn't touch one of those pumps.
