The Strongback? flatbed will shoulder your load.
Here are some ideas for you. I would love to have a flat bed on my truck. I just can't justify the expense.

Another thing to keep in mind is the width. Make sure it doesn't stick out too wide if you have single rear tires - it looks goofy that way. Also, as FordxFour advised you have to make sure the bed fits your frame - many of the commercial trucks have flat frame rails rather than the curved ones on the pick up chassis.
