They were selling take off rims and tires from the trucks they turned into the Boyd Cottington trucks for $800 a set at Capital Ford. Not sure if there is any left or what kind of tires they were, all I know is that they had hardly any miles on them and were 17" rims
At -30 I don`t really care what my rims look like, most of the time they`re covered with salt and potash.......
At $800 it`s probably alot less than a set of tires alone Marlon, I don`t think they`ll last very long depending on how many sets they have to sell.
that would be a good deal. there's a website that sells new-take-offs in the 6-800 vicinity. i'd really like to find a set of the lincoln 20" rims and tires for summer...
I might have a chance to buy a set of Harley Davidson rims with useable rubber for my 05 F350 Crew.
Anyone know what the difference is between my stock Lariat mags and the HD rims?
Bummer, these HD wheels are identical to my Lariat wheels but cheap enough I`ll buy them to have a spare wheel just in case I need one. New they`re $1,100 each and I can get a set of 4 for alot less.
Sherm are you picking on Dodge's WELL I see I will have to tie my Dodge on to that ford of yours and drag it around the parking lot at timmie LOL . Fuel mileage I think know that fuel prices are ajusting were diesel is lower again the old dog isn't so bad to be driving. And that question about spacer and wheels don't go their that's asking for problems. That just about as bad as using recap tires for the steer tires , an acciedent waiting to happen. Roy
