Easy scan tool can be had using your phone and the FORScan Lite app. It does a great job. Please use it before considering a dealer scan.

You can rule out a bad ICP sensor by simply unplugging it, and driving the truck to see if your symptoms persist. If the problem goes away, the ICP sensor, pigtail, or related wiring is likely faulty.
