99 F250 runing rough
Hi there
My 99 f250 runs ruff in 3rd and overdrive. more so in overdrive. After it warms up say 10-15 miles on the way home from work it runs like i have a bad cop but im not getting a code so i dont know were to start. Also when I get off the highway and sit at a light there is a skip in the engine. any help would be appreciated

I had the same kind of problem with my 99 V10. I thought I had trans problems but it ended up being several bad COPS and I NEVER got a engine code. In my case it only happened after it rained or was humid out. I found the bad ones by having it running and spraying one at a time with a water bottle to see which one started to short out. I ended up replacing 4 and have been good since.
