I have a test drive on a 2000L scheduled for tomorrow at 6 in the afternoon. It is black, with 15,000 miles on it and they are asking $28,000 for it.

What should i go in with as my price to see if they'll agree to?

Kelley blue book's page says that not enough of them have been bought and resold to estimate a price, so that didn't help.

I trust the people here for Ford knowledge more than anywhere else.

Please HELP so i can get my dream at a reasonable cost.

Never mind, just got a call back from the buisness manager of the dealership and they just got a 2002 Lightning in. So it looks like I'm going to look at a brand new one. I'd rather have that so I know I don't have to worry about the intercooler issues of the earlier trucks. I'll keep ya'll updated .
