On the 2-valve, it should be on the passenger side valve cover. It just slips into the valve cover. If the hose you pulled just pulls out easy, look at the end of the hose, that's the PCV valve. The other side shouldn't come out easy

mine is the 3 valve and it is not on the passenger side that I can see the passenger side has a pressed in fitting in the cover about 1/4" in diamerter with a hollowed hose with angle fittings that have a built in clamp. The driver side has the same set up but the tubing is 1" in diameter I pulled both off and you can blow thru both ends the fittings in the valve covers are not sitting in rubbergrommets like usuall they seem to be pressed into the metel of the valve cover that is why I was wondering if it was on the intake somewhere

I have the same engine in 05 F250. Changed the pcv heater element and I still have loud whining noise. Did you get an answer ?

If anyone is still looking.

The PCV is build into the driver side vaulve cover. You have to replace the whole valve cover to replace the PCV
