Reprogramming after battery disconnect?

I have an Edge Evo prorammer and I have had my batteries disconnected for the last week while I R & R'd my Trans, now I am wondering if the trucks computer needs to be reprogrammed with my Edge Evo or does the computer remeber the settings?

It should remember the flash programming. You will have to reprogram your radio buttons though.

When Jody flashes 1 tune to a PCM it is there until it is reflashed. So you'll be ok.
