E4OD VB Gaskets
I just rebuilt a E4OD and the VB gasket ford gave me has a differant number on it. The one I took out has F6TP-7D100-AA on it and the ford gave me has F81P-7D100-AB on it. I asked ford about it and they said it will work but there's a few holes in it that are in different spots. Its a '96 F-350 7.3. thanks for all the help

Hold the new gaskets up to the plate and make sure no holes are covered on the plate and you should be fine. You may have some holes in the gasket that are not in the plate and thats ok.
