thats proof that they are really concerned about rvenue generation and not the well-being of anything. if you were a landlord there wouldnt be the stink rised over the housing of humans. id see if charges could be brought against the tresspassing neigbor and the fines re-directed at her.

Thats un f***ing believeable!!!!! I have never heard of such bs over somthing that should have been a private issue. Gotta love those money hungry aholes, hasnt the ASPCA heard of of OLD AGE!!! It happens to people too. Im sorry you have to go through all this trouble because of someone elses nose in the wrong place.
