This is the first one I had and it looks about the same.
Stull Package Grilles . When a BMW got in my way, My insurance bought me the new one. Biggest difference between them is the Stull is a one piece and not quite as heavy and the RDX is two pieces and much heavier material and comes with a warranty. The latter is a little more trouble to install and uninstall but still only a few minutes. The Stull is only 4 screws on top and the clips on the bottom.

What kind of headlights are you thinking of? I'm looking as well. I saw some headlights off a 08 f250 for $50 bucks but don't think they would fit. I compared pics and looks like a different size. I'm sure the plugs would be different as well.

Won't fit in a million years. LMC truck sells 1 piece headlights for the 99-04, not sure if they require cutting like the OEM 05-07 but I suspect they would.

Both are all metal, the RDX is just heavy alum. and thicker grill frame. Either are good grills.
