Driving Lights Install

I have two sets of PIAA 80 Racing lights and would like to wire them up to the brights on my truck. They have switches so I don't have to always have them on but won't HAVE to use them since I have no brights (Have HID's) I am looking for the wire to my brights to use as the "turn on" wire. Also thinking about getting the bright box since I don't have to worry about overheating the headlight but need to find out if it will work for my application. Thanks for the info

Hi Mizzou,

I have a pair of 9" LightForce lights mounted (temporarily) on my front bumper and wired to come on with my high beams. I also have a switch so I can run standard high beams or high beams with my LightForce lights. They work great and I won't drive behind anything else! I drive the Parks Highway all the time and these lights help me see the moose that are out to get me.

Wiring your lights should be no problem - any competent auto repair shop or mechanic can do it. I had mine doen at Auto Trim Design here in Fairbanks.

Now for a blatant advertising "plug" - why not stop by and join our Alaska Chapter! We'd love to have you!
