2009 odometer

Does anyone know how to display the "ODOMETER ONLY"? I have messed with mine, and wore the paint off of the buttons. There is a setting for the odometer and miles to empty, one for trip A and trip B, but no settings for odometer only.

I can't find that setting. I have an FX-4 and I either get odometer w/trip A or w/trip B or just a blank and then the other options like miles to empty, average fuel, etc. but none that just have the odometer alone.

I can't find it either. Maybe it's a Platinum thing.

Mine doesn't have an odometer only setting either. The instantaneous mpg setting you were referring to is probably the one that says MPG and has a bar graph next to it......more bars=more mpg. I leave mine on this a lot just because I find it kind of entertaining, although not that useful. I guess it does tell me if the truck likes what my right foot is doing.

FX4's don't have the instant. mpg graph. OK with me because I don't see ANY use to it. I do have it in my Tahoe Hybrid, and there it IS useful because you can change your driving habits to stay in battery mode as long as possible getting 99 mpg!. In the F150, the average mpg is all I need, and I'm glad they paired that with the odometer.
