EATC question

On Saturday the EATC (heaters and A/C controls) module decided not to power up when I restarted the truck. I figured it was just a fuse, checked, and it wasn't. Then I figured it could wait until Sunday when I had time to remove it and check to make sure it was still plugged in.

Sunday morning, it was still not powering on with the truck, but a few miles into the drive, it powered up and is functioning properly.

Is there a common place to look for a loose connection related to the EATC?

When I first bought my 05 back in Feb of 05 I had the same thing happen 2 times during the first 3 months. I pulled truck over, shut the engine down, restarted and ACworked fine both times.
Have not had same issue since.
Others on here have said that turning headlights on and off sometimes will cause the non functioning AC to "boot up".
Go figure.

I think if you rub your head and pat your belly it works also. :-)
