hey guys...
i know this has been tossed around here...but i could not find a definative answer. Are a total V code spring swap better/worse than a front add a leaf? will the add a leaf settle over time, but if i get a "used" set of v codes, wont they be saggy? i found a set of v codes in a junk yard, the guy says they are v codes, but how can i verify? let me know...im constatntly bottoming out, and want a little height. thanks for all the great help...
For the price and the piece of mind, unless you can get a super deal, I think it is still just better to go new. I always think that when replacing something on the truck it makes more sense to replace with something better than to go back to what was!
I just replaced with the v and b code springs with the 3.5" tapered block in the back.
