Headlights

I want to adjust my headlights so that they point up a little more. Right now they don't shine very far down the road and I would like to have a little more visibility down the road. Can the lights be adjusted up and down? Thanks

You adjust the whole housing via the mounting studs. At one time I tried to adjust mine up high enough and had a bad gap at the bottom from it.
