I went to start my 78 f150 4x4 which has been in a garage and appears the engine has stuck. Should I pour marvel mystery oil in the cylinders to help loosen it up or can anyone give me a better idea where to start?
But anyway, yes, I'd start with the Marvel Mystery. Let it sit and brew for a day or two. Then take out the spark plugs, squirt oil into the cylinders and manually attempt to turn the engine (without spark plugs) a turn or two with a breaker bar.

Did you try to turn the engine both ways with a socket wrench on the crank pully? Especially with the plugs out?
If you did and it won`t move then 99 times out of a hundred this is caused by the rings sticking to the bores. So a penetrating fluid in thru the plug holes for a day or two and with plugs out then try again with the socket wrench. Good luck.
