smacked my rig on a tree stump and put a nice fist size dent in my front bumper, is this repairable or does the entire bumper need to be replaced (i.e. insurance call and $500.00 deductible).
I had a softball size dent on my front, with no crease in it, I popped it out with a rubber hammer.
Depending on where and if it is creased or not , maybe you could do the same.
I priced a new front and it was around $400, better of looking on Ebay or the after market.
Worth a shot, like I said try the rubber hammer and also a piece of 2x4, just try not to crease it from the side your hitting on.
It's real easy to get the bummper off, just 4 bolts in the front and a coulple plugs in back if you have the fogs down there.
Good luck.
Go to your local dealer and talk to their used car manager. At our dealership we have a guy who comes out to fix the dents and I think it is around $50.00. I have seen the repairs and you can't tell.
I did one and he fixed it cash even cheaper.
