I just went out and did 3 runs. First was 7.10 with moderate wheel spin. 2nd was 6.71 with almost no wheel spin. 3rd was 7.31 with lots of wheel spin. Thats on Level 3, 91 octane tune with no engine mods. altitude was about 100ft ASL, with cool temperature.
What I find interesting about jims post is he was quicker stock with cat-back than he was with just the edge L-2
Wouldn't read too much into that. Could be atmospheric pressure or many other variables, including me. I try to keep as many of the conditions the same, but there's only so much you can do. I would pay closer attention to the averages than the best times.
Ok I hit 6.68 last night. I am having a BAD BAD BAD problem with my 1-2 Shift so I had shift manually. But its taking almost a full couple to three seconds to go from 1 to 2 if its on Auto and I stomp on it. I think before I leave work today I may put it back to stock and try and reflash it. I'm on 91 octane, 3.73 gears, K&N intake, Limited slip Diff, with the Edge on 2 and stock sized crap tires. I wish I woulda taken my camera with me. Ill try again later.
