How much fluid does the torque converter hold??

A bunch... IIRC around 5 quarts or so.

The converter holds 12 qts and the pan holds 6 qts for a total of 18 qts, but check this method and you'll only have to change the 6 qts in the pan... My method for changing ATF, what do you think?... https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/5...you-think.html
