NP435 Rattle

NP435 Rattle
I have a 1976 f-250 with a NP 435 in it. I have a horrible rattle when hard accelerating but it only happens in 3rd gear, and it doesnt do it decelerating. All the rest are nice and quiet. It doesn't kick out of gear, and it shifts into gear nicely. Anybody know what this is? My driveshafts are all balanced and good u-joints.

Sounds like a bearing, that's my WAG....
