Well, I'm still not sure what is causing the ticking. I've got an appointment ot meet with a mechanic on Friday to see if the first diagnosis of rod knock is right, or if its lifters or an exhaust leak. In the meantime, my starter crapped out yesterday but it was under warranty so I fixed that this morning. I also replaced my o2 sensor (which was black with soot) in an attempt to correct an "O2 sensor always lean" code.

Dont know if this would be considered for truck work or not but I just picked up these for my BII

And I thought these ones would be good back up lights.

I think so. May require an electrical upgrade though.

Ended up getting my Explorer suspension now. So... Im hoping that itll give me 2" and hopefully 3" in the back. Im hoping anyways.
And as for my winch bumper to compensate for the weight of the bumper and winch I was told that the Explorer coils should stiffen things up up front along if I can find em F-150 coil spacers.
Ive been looking for some coil spacers in the bone yards and havent had any luck so far. Does anybody know if I can get these through Ford or not??

Wow. That much.. Well your out there Kona maybe you can tell me. The wreckers I go to I havent been able to find em. What I want to do though is to go up to Kelowna to pick n pull?? I think thats what there called. Are there lots of Ford trucks in that neighbourhood?? I was talking to a Native guy thats from around there and he said theres alot of Fords up there. Is he right? And do you think that maybe I can find them there??

Yes we have lots of Ford trucks up here, if you want the factory spacers they are from early 90's F150 2 wheel drives or do thisCoil Spacer made from washers
