You know, once you take into account the shipping costs, for about $30 more you can buy all of those parts at Autozone. It would be their Duralast brand which is probably the same grade as the eBay ones. However, with Autozone you get a lifetime warranty on the parts. So if they should ever break or wear out you'll get replacements for free. Not a bad deal for the extra $30. It's also much easier and less truck downtime to run down the corner for the replacements instead of waiting for them to ship in.
Problem is, i'm in Canada and we don't have Autozone.
We do have Auto Value, and a few other similar names. Not sure if they're affiliated at all. Canadian Tire is the big chain.. and I'm wiilling to bet that's who he's referring to with this blurb:
The particular brand we carry is called "Chassis 1" and is distributed here in Toronto by a very reputable warehouse that also sells the same brand to a few big "Franchise Part Stores" (I'm not supposed to mention any names so I won't).
I think I'll call around and see if I can get comparable prices at one of the local chains.
Another somewhat related question... I'm shopping around for new tires as well, and one website is asking me to choose if my 2000 Expy EB has "19mm or 21mm hex". Any idea? Is that referring to the size of the lugnuts?

Yes, it's referring to the size socket need to remove the lug nuts, not the size of the stud.
if you have a ratchet set, hold up some ratchet heads next to the key that came with the car if it had one and see which one its closer to. You could also put a 21mm head on a ratchet and try to get it on the lug. if it goes on, its 21, if it doesnt, its 19. If you plan on turning the lugs, start with 19, as it will fit a 19mm lug, but not onto a 21mm lug. If you do a 21 and its 19mm, you might semi strip the lug.

I think you got that backwards buddy. A 21mm socket will fit over both a 21mm nut and a 19mm nut.
BTW, if a 19mm socket isn't available a 3/4" one is the same size, give or take a 1/4 of a mm. And a 7/8" will fit on a 21mm nut but a 13/16" will not.
