It will get you so far away from where you want to be if you didn't have it in the first place...the thing just won't shut up.

"Turn left, turn around, turn right, turn in 500 feet, destination in 100 feet, bear left, bear right, and you know it's taking you in the wrong direction."

I would rather listen to my wife and stop to ask for directions than to listen to the GPS voice directions.

And you guys can chime in "listen to your wife for directions and stop for directions" that's pretty desperate you know..

Just look at a map first get the general idea then use the GPS by sight.

And yes it is well worth which ever model you decide.

Ok guys, check this out. I have been working pretty hard on this over the past few weeks.

Bought a dollhouse at a garage sale for $5. It was pretty rough. This is a present for my niece who turns three in July. I am almost done, just a few details to finish up. Here are pics:

Great my cats saw this and now they think they can be on the table. Just terrific . I work for months to teach em how to be good mannered kittens and BAM! Lisa posts pics and now they are ready for reform school.

Lisa that is beyond cute. I am so in awe of your talent. Good job!

Steve I have to agree that they can be anoying, but I thought a few times that it was taking me the wrong way, when it knew all along where we were going. You have to keep them updated to find the detour's and the road name changes. Also you can cut all the chat, to what you want to hear on mine. I had'nt used a map since I got mine!!

Yeah, it's happening all over...I think there's a software glitch they haven't found yet. It all started with this moderated posting messages we've been getting for the last couple of weeks. If you post something and it looks like it froze don't hit it again, just refresh the screen or close it altogether.
