Good evening everyone.

Congrats to all of you on making this month's chat thread the best yet in the WI Chapter.

We made 400+ posts.

Finally time to relax.

Day started at 4:00am and just "ended" at 7:30pm.

layed off again i havent worked for two weeks im trying to get a job at goodyear in wisconsin rapids,i spent the weekend at the mother in-laws house

Sorry to hear you're layed off again Nick.
It's a tough job market out there right now. Not many jobs and a lot of people looking.
That's a bit of a drive you're looking at there Nick, or are you planning on moving to WR?
Hopefully you get that job and it pays decent.

its a 30 minute drive i used to drive to babcock from marshfield,i was working for ocean spray

Good evening everyone. Hang in there Nick, people who are willing to put in an honest days work usually find it, sometimes it just takes a while.
Long day for me, had to get up and chore early, had a meeting in Stevens Point (county board stuff). SP is about a 2hr 45min drive from here. I'll probably sack out in 15 min or so.

I'm near Gays Mills. If you need something to fill your time in between jobs there are usually orginizations in most communities that can use volunteers; volunteer fire departments, nursing homes, hospitals, food banks, animal shelters to name a few.
Sometimes volunteer work helps make your resume look better to prospective employers. Food for thought anyway.
