Will these heads work?
Will 69 302 heads work on a 79 block? The water jacket holes are different on the top of the head and block. Head casting #is DO0E, block casting is 90E-6015-E3A if that helps. I can't post a pic to show the difference.

The water jacket holes are different on the heads where the heads meet the intake on the earlier and later 302 heads.
I would ask over on the small block forum about what intake and head gaskets to use. I think the head gaskets are all the same for 302 regardless of year, but the intake gaskets are different.
