1991 f250 ignition problem

I have a 1991 f250 with a 351 and a E4OD. I just swapped transmissions because the other one was going out. Now when I start the truck up it wont shut off? When I turn the key off I can pull it out and it stays running. What the hell is the deal its really pissing me off? Any help would be awesome!
