EGT Normal Temp.
I have just got my 2005 6.0 PSD all back together , new HG and Studs , Turbo , Egr Cooler, , I have the Banks Big Hoss Bundle, it runs fantastic and 21MPG on Highway at 70MPH . My question is what temp. should I see at 70 Mph on EGT.I know when all went bad it was 900 plus

900 is still OK, anywhere between 650-1250, above that you should let off 'er b/c you'll cause problems- OK for short bursts like pulling hills with a trailer but don't let it hang there for long.

depending on what setting you have the banks in I would say any where from 600-750. 900 really isn't that high you should be able to run that all day if its gets into 1200+ is where I would not like hanging around too long
