Talk about your money going up in Smoke

At least you have the satisfaction of color & sparkles

A liquid propellant rocket might be more cost effective, and I know they are not sanctioned

I'm a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association and I'm intriegued by the Rocket Racing League.

Liquids are not supported under TRA sanction nor, Zinc Sulfur.
But Hybrids are. These rocket motors burn Nitrous and a relatively inert fuel grain like PVC...

The EAA is cool, there's a guy up the street with an old BD-5 in his garage.

I personally think the RRL is as made up as NASCAR.

I know of the hybrid rocket motors as SpaceShipOne uses a hybrid rocket motor.

My boss has a BD-5, he says he wants to sell it (or did sell it?) because he is too big for the canopy to close over him.

Could be any time.
I try and find another reason to make the trip as well, so I don't waste so much time and gas.
Why, do you have something in mind?

Yes, I was thinking we can grab a bite to eat somewhere were my van will fit.

I just need to know the night before so I can map-it and leave the house earlier to make the rendezvous.
